Meggie had discounted tickets to the Biltmore House in her bag of conference swag. And, since she had never been and I hadn't been since fourth grade, we decided to make a day of it. We took full advantage of the tickets and had a blast.
Even though Thanksgiving was still a week away, the house was mostly decorated for Christmas. And, now that I was older it meant more and we got to see more (like the winery!).
